Results 2015

This has been an extremely pleasing year for results, the culmination of considerable efforts by all the staff and pupils to achieve their very best. The three year trends at both KS5 and KS4 show that the school can consistently achieve outstanding outcomes which place the school significantly above the national average.  At KS5 the results headlines match those of 2013 and 2014 – which indicates another year of performance in the top 10% of the country. At KS4 the 5 x A*-C including English and Maths figure of 66% follows on from two years of results above 70% and more importantly sees performance meeting the FFT(D) estimate at the 25th percentile benchmark.

Headteacher Andrew Daly says “We are really proud of what Year 11 have achieved, their results are really strong and based on their targets the progress that they have made is as good as ever. This is a credit to the hard work of both students and staff”

We are particularly proud of our 3 Levels of progress in English and Maths, which demonstrates that our students whatever their capability achieve.   72% of our students in English and in Maths achieved an A*-C, with over half the entries at A*-B or equivalent and 65% of students achieving 5 A* to C including English and Maths.
